Healthy Eating

After our first child started eating adult food, we became much more conscious about what we put into our bodies.  We don’t do Paleo or Advocare or any other lifestyle that is too restrictive (for us), but we do try to eat clean & organic as much as possible.  Staples in our household include LOTS of water & daily vitamins including multivitamins, probiotics, fiber supplements (for kids) and when I was pregnant/nursing, a good pre-natal.
