As a teacher and a mom, I am constantly encouraging myself, my students and my own littles to be lifelong learners. I love to read and as life has gotten busier, I’ve turned to podcasts, but I still try to make time for a hard copy when I can. Learning about health, fitness & running is a passion of mine and I hope I can inspire others to jump in!
