Most yogis have a “type” of yoga they prefer. The practice that calls them to the mat. Some may like a slow flow, meditative style. Others, especially runners, may like a more athletic, powerful Vinyasa. Or maybe it prefers on the day, your mood or the type of workout that fits your training schedule. Heated or non-heated? Fast or slow? Peaceful & serene or bumpin’ tunes? Columbus offers such a wide variety of studios & styles, check out some of our experiences below!
