Info from the Sweat Local media release: Sweat Local Columbus will be held on July 30 and will feature 30 local vendors from all aspects of health and fitness. Sweat Local Columbus will kick off at 8:30am with a 5K that is only $35. Runners and walkers will begin and end their run at Bridgewater Banquet and Conference Center, which will also be the site of the expo. The expo will be from 9am-2pm. Attendees can also choose from 12 free 30-minute fitness classes all day long. Registration for the 5k can be found at www.sweatlocalcolumbus.com, and entry to the expo is free!
The 5K is stroller friendly so bring the kids if you’d like, or come solo and enjoy some time to yourself. 🙂 We plan to do the race first, then stick around for some fitness, fun & of course photos after! Here is a tentative lineup (subject to change)…
